Open each one up , take a look & admire each gift you have. 🎁
The more you celebrate yourself, the more confident and self-assured you'll feel , and the clearer you become on what path to follow in life.
So go ahead and celebrate yourself today! Then continue everyday. There doesn’t have to be an occasion to receive a gift to yourself or recognise it.
If you don’t nobody else will.

Taking action is the only way to achieve anything in life. To act is to do.
How many times have you let a dream slip by because you didn’t act upon it ?
The action to get that project or business off the ground, the action to get fitter, healthier, or to kick an unwanted habit. These actions are all things we know we ‘should’ be doing to make a change & often are actions that will push us out of our comfort zone in some way.

When you take new action enough times it eventually becomes no longer uncomfortable.

We’ve all used powerful excuses to stop us taking action such as :

* I don’t have time
* I need help with it
* I’m not good enough
* The thing I want to do is not good enough
* I don’t know where to start
* I’m too tired, overwhelmed, or stressed
* It’s not going to work / I’m going to fail
* People will think I’m….
* Someone else is already doing it better
* I need to learn more or I need more experience
Notice these excuses , swap them around & start to take action & watch your life change.
It’s the most rewarding gift you could give to yourself 🎁

Adore this quote, have you ever been deeply listened to by a friend without interruptions , advice or solutions ? Because you were left to talk you found clarity & solutions all in your own.
Could you give yourself the gift of listening ?
Maybe offering that to others or to yourself.
Its an honour & privilege to listen , as I’ll say to all of my clients. Yet also it’s a joy to be truly heard & heard by yourself too.

When did you last feel truly listened to ? Of last listened to yourself?
Try it now sit quietly & listen …. What comes up for you ?

Today we have so many devices plugged in. We are distracted from life & living in the moment. The internet is so readily available, it is so easy to disconnect from the real world and from building real connections.

What would happen if you unplugged your device just for a while & made this a daily habit? A gift to yourself ? As you unplug your device you also unplug yourself from the pull & addictions / comparisons etc of social media platforms.

The benefits of this are :

🎁Better connections
🎁Boosts confidence
🎁Improved eyesight
🎁Less stress
🎁Better mental health
🎁Boosts productivity
🎁Living in the moment.

Gift yourself with unplugging for a short while & increase the time gradually. 🎁

How to become self aware :

🎁Be aware of how you come across to others
🎁Know your values
🎁Trust your intuition
🎁Notice when you have unkind thoughts
🎁Be mindful of your actions

Give yourself the gift of following your dreams. Give yourself that chance. Do what you love; do what is important for you.
For you to live a fulfilled and meaningful life, you have to live it yourself. So don’t wait until it’s too late. Don’t wait for others. Don’t try to copy other people’s dreams.
Find the courage and willpower to live a life true to yourself, and spend your time doing what counts for you & you only.
Taking a chance is a gift only you can give to yourself.
