This week, The Parachute Project is supporting Stress Awareness Week.
It is important to us that our work with children and young people helps them to identify what stress is and the negative effects it can have on their bodies and minds. We enable our clients to recognise situations that are stressful for them and to develop strategies for coping and reducing stress in their lives.
We encourage others to use this special weekto teach children what stress is, what the effects of stress are and how to manage stress effectively. Feel free to use our Stress Bucket resource to support with this:
