Hi I am Jen & I offer local pregnancy relaxation, baby massage, baby reflexology & baby yoga classes. Do you want the very best start in life for your baby?

Do you want to support their future development physically and mentally? Do you want to further enhance the bond between you and your baby? Do you want to help your baby to relax? Do you want to help your baby to settle and sleep? Do you want to be able to alleviate colic and congestion for your baby? Do you want to help your baby put on weight? Do you want to support your baby’s immune system? If the answer to any of these questions is yes then our courses can help. Relaxed parents create happy and calm babies so our courses are informal, informative, fun and relaxed and you can choose to join our group courses held in a friendly and calm venue in Laindon and Thurrock, or alternatively you can have individual sessions at times to suit you in the comfort of your own home. And that’s a wrap!

What a weekend we’ve had at ExCel! ✨

We’ve handed out hundreds of goody bags (1500 to be precise), met with lots of expectant and new parents, bumped into friends, made new friends, shared ideas with other businesses, and now we’re ready to put our feet up! 🍷

Thank you to everyone who came to see us! 💕

We loved it so much, we’ve signed up for next year! See you there! 🙌

Today I was in London for what felt like the first time in a decade! I’m leaving feeling very inspired after the ICAP: Institute of Children's Activity Providers conference. What a day! ✨

Despite studying and working in town for 12 years, I was always rushing around, but this morning I actually got to enjoy a moment of London in the sun! ☀️

I can’t say I miss the busy tubes of an evening though…
