Nuthatch Retreats Using nature connection to support people’s wellbeing.

Nuthatch Retreats are a nature connect organisation set up by mental health and suicide prevention consultant Neil Peters. Using nature to support people’s wellbeing, we create opportunities for people to get outside, spend time in nature and take part in activities such as forest bathing, mindfulness, bird watching and walk and talks.

Two fab Wild and Well sessions on Sunday as part of the Spark Festival with

It was a chance for families to come together in nature and find out more about themselves and each other around the campfire.

Massive thanks to St David's Prep, West Wickham for allowing us to use their beautiful forest school area.

We saw so much wild life including a special visit from a stunning red kite and Mr Robin.
