T'was 5weeks to Christmas and all around the town

Ex slimming World Members were starting to frown 😣😯☹🤔

Oh why did I do it? Oh why did I lapse? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♀️

I'll give my consultant a call and maybe perhaps.......? ☎️📞📱

They'll welcome me back with arms open wide🙌

Help me lose more weight so I don't have to hide🙈🙁

Then up from the rooftops there came such a shout 🗣

"Of course you can come back - of that there's no doubt!"👏👍👌

My consultant was swinging from the chimney above 💃💃

To shower all members with much Christmas love!❤❤❤

Shouting "I CAN HELP! I CAN HELP!" Just come back to Group🙋‍♀️

Back to Free foods like stews and soup.🥗🍲🥘🍜

With Healthy Extras and Swips just how can you fail?🧀🍞

It really doesn't matter if you've slipped off the rail.🚂🎢🚨

Imagine waking up on 1st January having started (or resetting from now) Slimming World 3 months previous, having got as much support as you need through all the Christmas celebrations, New Year celebrations and everything that goes with that, 1 Stone lighter (or more!). Just imagine how that would feel, how you would feel and how it would set you up for continued success in 2026!

❣️There are 20 weeks until 2026 - 20 weeks where you can make a difference, get support and help and lose weight. In 20 weeks, losing just a pound a week (on average) you could be a stone and a half lighter by the time New Year comes around (3 stone lighter if you achieve 2lbs a week!).

But if you wait and put it off because of events, birthdays or holidays, then when it comes to January, you could be a stone and a half heavier.

In group we can help you manage an active social life, holidays, enjoy your meals out and all of what birthdays/events may throw at you. Don’t let this stop you. Make a decision for now, make a decision to come and join a group as soon as possible. Let’s start your journey and manage all the bumps along the way.
