7 posts in a year, tut tut, that's not good enough for a company as good as this. And none of them were as interesting as this one so now you've just got to read on......time for an announcement methinks!
Firstly, this page isn't going to be the same again, it won't know what's hit it, random posts, human interactions, updates galore, all forthcoming and regularly so please hit that share button and lets get the page going more viral than a Kardashian plugging a new lipstick.
Secondly, and probably a bit less interesting, but guess who's back??? Yep that's right, everybody's favourite batman fanatic Michael Cowgill has returned again, this time for long term though (or until Mandy gets sick of his "banter" and sacks him). He has been away for about 2 and a half years, and a lot has changed since then for him, he's no longer married (good news for all the single ladies out there), he is still a Leeds united fan, and he's got a few more tattoos and less hair than you may remember him with, but he has also been away gaining a lot of experience after working in Halifax selling Caravan Insurance (yes, you read that right 1st time), in Huddersfield for a complex needs and challenging behaviour home, Newcastle for a while as a deputy manager in an elderly/dementia care home (couldn't understand a word anybody said up there), then back to Leeds to be a registered manager for a domiciliary care company, but after a lot of discussions and a transfer fee in the region of £85million he is now back at Aspire 2B Care as Deputy Manager at the moment, but with a view to be taking over the registered managers position from Mandy in the future so that she can start to take a well deserved break. He looks forward to meeting all the new staff who have come in while he was gone, and reacquainting with any old staff who may remember him, and he's also really looking forward to seeing all the service users, both past and present, especially the ones who he worked with previously as he has really genuinely missed every single one of them. Here's hoping its a positive thing that he's back and that he can have a great impact on the company and it's staff and service users.
