Just before taking a year "off" I made this short "advice" recording for a client presenting with neck pain and associated reduced mobility.
Necks are vulnerable and the supporting muscles are easily frightened. Quite often muscles in our shoulders become involved or may even be causal. These movements help to remind muscles that their default is usually best "relax" rather than "contract".
Although regularly using these three simple movements will often help it's important to contact a specialist, especially when symptoms persist.
