Every session starts with this:

💠begins with setting up the gym and ends with clearing it all away again.

When it’s done by two helpers and our head coach, the setup alone takes over one hour.

It’s the part most people don’t usually see, but it’s what makes each session possible 🤍

We’re currently fundraising to work towards a more permanent setup, helping reduce this workload and allowing more time and energy for what matters most — our gymnasts.

✨ A little behind-the-scenes from this week’s Young Leaders!

After working hard to set up the gym (more on that coming soon 👀), they used their break time to squeeze in some handstands, flat-backs and handsprings — because when you love gymnastics, any moment becomes a chance to grow 🤸‍♀️💪

🌟 Huge congratulations to our incredible Head Coach! 🌟

We are beyond proud to celebrate this amazing achievement — Level 3 Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Modules 3 & 4 officially signed off! 🎉🤸‍♀️

What makes this milestone even more inspiring is that she’s smashing her coaching journey with a baby on the way. Her dedication, passion and commitment to growing as a coach — all while leading our club with heart — is truly something special. 💛

She’s the definition of leading by example: always learning, always improving, always showing our gymnasts what hard work and love for the sport can achieve.

Please join us in giving her the biggest congratulations — we are so lucky to have her guiding our gymnasts and shaping the future of our club. 💫
