Project Administrator
Location: Devizes, SN10 5UN
Office Hours: 0800hrs - 1700hrs
As a project administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of our drilling projects. Working closely with both the operations team and field personnel, you will ensure that all administrative, logistical, and compliance-related aspects of the project run smoothly.
This position requires an organised individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environment.
You will serve as a key communication link between the office and field staff, helping to maintain accurate documentation, track projects and coordinate the movement of people and equipment.
Your contributions will help ensure that our projects are delivered safely on schedule, in compliance with internal procedures and the client’s specifications. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation.
Manage and Coordinate scheduling, logistics of hired equipment.
Maintain up-to-date records for compliance.
Accommodation Bookings.
Monitor equipment usage, maintenance schedules, certifications, and inspection records.
Support with employee onboarding.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong administrative or project coordination background is desired.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HSE processes and regulatory requirements (an advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
