At Butterfly Care, we are proud to provide person centred care across Bath and West Wiltshire. Established in 2008, Butterfly Care is the vision of Anne and Eric Pelling. This vision is to provide outstanding care to the local people of Bath and West Wiltshire, as well as being a wonderful place to work. The mission is to of provide the highest quality home care experience that our clients would recommend, and that our Butterflies are proud of. To ensure this is met, Butterfly have a fantastic team, from the office staff to our carers, all of whom are 100% focused on delivering outstanding care.

Did you know that Butterfly Care offers a specialist 'Falls Service' - helping give additional peace of mind to those living in their own home but at risk of falls. Here's what our service includes;

- An initial assesment to highlight problem areas and help prevent people from falling.
- Butterfly Care to be on call should you/a loved one require help
- Assist non-injured people up from the floor using the Mangar Lifting Cushion.
- Call an ambulance if injury is suspected.
- Ensure that the individual is comfortable and with no obvious injuries once off the floor.
- Provide monitoring and support of the individual over the following 48 hours.
- Notify the individual’s GP of the incident who will make any necessary referrals.
