As we get more settled into the new year, I wanted to share a couple of offerings I’m really excited to be bringing into my work in 2026 — both created in response to a shared need I see again and again: time to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself - and nature.

🌿 Deep Rest & Restore Experience

A 2-hour, deeply calming treatment for tired bodies and busy minds. This experience gently weaves together Indian Head Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and Reiki into one seamless, unhurried session — supporting deep relaxation, balance and renewal.

🌿 Wild Art Nature Walks

Gentle, creative walks in nature, offering space to breathe, slow down and reconnect. These sessions combine time outdoors with simple, mindful art-making, encouraging grounding, curiosity and calm presence.

Although they look different, both offerings share the same heart — creating space to slow down, feel supported, and restore a sense of ease.

✨ Introducing The Deep Rest & Renewal Experience ✨

I’m so pleased to share a new treatment I’ve been quietly creating — Deep Rest & Renewal.

This is a 2-hour, deeply calming experience designed for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed or in need of proper rest. It gently weaves together Indian Head Massage, Facial Rejuvenation Massage and Reiki into one seamless, unhurried session.

We begin with a seated Indian Head Massage to ease tension in the head, neck and shoulders, before moving to the therapy bed for a nourishing facial massage. Reiki flows throughout, supporting relaxation and balance, and the session finishes with a deeply grounding Reiki close — leaving you feeling calm, centred and restored.

This treatment is all about slowing down, letting go, and giving your body and nervous system the time they need to truly rest.

✨ Wild Art Nature Walks ✨

As we move into this quieter, more reflective time of year, I’m feeling deeply called to slow down, reconnect with nature, and create something meaningful — even if only for a moment.

Inspired by the beautiful practice of Morning Altars, created by Day Schildkret, I’d love to invite you to join me for a gentle, mindful nature walk in Westerham, Kent, where creativity, presence, and nature intertwine.

🌿 What to expect

Over 2 hours, we’ll wander slowly through the landscape, gathering small natural treasures — leaves, stones, feathers, seed pods — and come together to create a temporary piece of earth art. A simple, meditative practice that invites calm, curiosity, and a renewed sense of wonder for the quiet magic around us.

We’ll also pause to enjoy warming herbal tea and light snacks, allowing nourishment and connection to be part of our time
together 💚

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing and is a wonderful therapy to try if you suffer with a 'busy mind', anxiety, depression or other symptoms of emotional 'dis-ease'. Reiki is also a useful tool to use alongside conventional medicine to support healing within the physical body.

I discovered Reiki over 8 years ago when a kind friend offered me a free session when she saw me hobbling about on the school run having completed the London Marathon (slowly!) a few days before. Unaware of Reiki at that time, I rocked up later that afternoon a little apprehensive and sceptical but put my trust in my friend as I laid down on the therapy bed.

Suffice to say I needn’t have worried – I left the session thoroughly rested, as if I had enjoyed a whole night’s sleep, and, miraculously, my muscles had loosened and my feet felt less sore! I left grateful and bemused and started to look into the ‘sorcery’ I had witnessed!

I have now been a Reiki Practitioner myself since 2021 and love the beautiful, spiritual path it has led me on 🥰

Happy Monday to my dear friends, clients and followers 🤗

I’m experimenting with something gentle and life-affirming, and I’d love to invite you to be part of it!

There’s a quote I return to often:

“Joy does not simply happen to us. We have to choose joy, and keep choosing it every day.”

This feels especially true right now as we enter the full depths of winter — and it’s the spirit behind a small WhatsApp group I’m setting up that will run for 4 weeks, with one simple intention:
..to notice and create small moments of joy in everyday life, and to let those moments ripple outward by sharing them.

How it will work:

💫The group will run for 4 weeks initially (beginning Monday 19th January and closing Monday 9th February)

💫You’re invited to post once per day at most

💫Posts are simply to share one joyful thing you noticed or one joyful moment you created for yourself that day

💫This is a sharing space, not a chat — no discussion or advice

💫You’re very welcome to miss days or simply observe quietly

💫I'll be limiting the group to a small number of participants for now (I'm thinking no more than 15 people), but if there is more interest, I will think of some more creative ways of bringing joy in a gentle and accessible way

The hope is that this becomes a low-pressure, nourishing practice — something that gently brightens the day rather than adds to the noise.

At the end of the 4 weeks, we’ll check in together and reflect on whether it’s made life feel a little brighter, and how (or whether) to continue.

As you do...my thoughts have turned to the year ahead and how I would like the next 12 months to look. I'm trying not to over pressurise myself and stick to a few do-able goals, but after a particularly intense anxiety dream last night, I woke up feeling more overwhelmed than I would like to be on 2nd January! And then this landed in my inbox...a timely reminder from James Clear, author of Atomic Habits. I think I may have a re-read 🥰🩷

"Improvements are only temporary until they become part of who you are.

The goal is not to read a book, the goal is to become a reader.

The goal is not to run a marathon, the goal is to become a runner.
