Been out this morning getting my Body Magic in. A late breakfast is now on my mind.....I'm thinking bacon, eggs, flat sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes maybe a wholemeal muffin. I'm off to London tonight, so lunch will be late too, as will dinner.

Looking forward to a fun night out with my mates...
