Today was such a special moment for me. I finally had the absolute privilege of being taught by the incredible woman behind . Maria Alfieris I’ve followed her work for a few years now – her knowledge, her approach to healing, her passion for the body… it has all inspired me so deeply.

To be in her presence, learning directly from her hands and her wisdom, felt like a real full-circle moment. I’m so excited to take everything I’ve learned and weave it into my own bodywork.
