Join Sally Spicer, Nutritional Therapist, for a 6 week nutrition course at Kyria Wellness Studio. Each nutrition session will be hosted at 6pm and last 20-30mins. These will be accompanied by a specialist wellness session taking us up to 7pm lead by Andreana.

Nutrition plays an important role in bone density and maturation, from childhood all the way through to older age. In this session we will explore nutrition as a supportive therapy for bone and joint health.

We've all been told to drink some orange juice if we're feeling under the weather - but is there anything else we can do to support our immune system whilst we`'re sick? Or better yet, help reduce the chance of nasty bugs affecting us. In this session we will dive deeper than just vitamin C!
Feb 24th : Optimising Brain Foods π§
What we eat can impact the way our brain behaves. In this session we will look into foods that can help to optimise and support brain function across all age groups.
March 3rd : Gut Health π«
Did you know that 70% of your immune system is based in your gut? Or, did you know that your gut is in direct communication with your brain? In this session we will discuss how your gut health can impact just about everything from your digestion, to your skin to your mood.
March 10th : Skin Health π§π§
In this session we'll discuss how nutrition can impact our skin and how we practice nutrition as part of our self care routine.
