Hello my lovely followers ….

Where does time go? I just wanted to apologise for not posting anything recently, things have been a bit challenged this end with myself recovering from an operation, but please be assured I am back in full swing and ready to offer full time care within the community. I can not believe that we are already in Spring!
The flowers are blooming the birds singing and the warmer weather is almost upon us.💛

I have some extra care slots now available due to a few changes in my current timetable 👏 so come and grab them quick before they go 👍

Hello everyone I can't quite believe that Christmas is only a few days away.

For many of us this time of year can be very challenging and the extra pressure can at times be extremely overwhelming, with this in mind I just wanted to say to you all I am here if you need anything.

I also want to take this opportunity to say a massive thankyou for all your kindness, love and support through 2021, I will continue to do what I love ...... Caring for each and every loved one to the best of my ability whilst embracing new challenges in 2022.

Hi all my lovely followers hope your all keeping safe and well and enjoying your weekend ?

Where does the time go……🕰

This week has been another busy one here at Clares Care !

I have met a couple of lovely new clients, helping them out due to being discharged from hospital so I’m settling them back home & supporti g them back into a routine that’s suits them.

This may only be temporary but that’s what my business is all about lending that helping hand for as long as needed !!

Also I was able to support another lovely lady who found herself with no care due to the highly strained community support system in the local area !!!
This makes me so sad that people are left without care but knowing I can help out in an emergency makes my job even more satisfying and puts a smile on my face everyday 💛

Sorry for being so quiet recently on my social media page I have been really busy caring in the community

As you know i put my lovely clients’ needs at the heart of everything i do, from personalised care plans shaped around each individual i have the pleasure of looking after.

A care plan is made up of lots of different ingredients which make the perfect recipe for my clients

Here at Clares Care I am able to offer guidance and support to the family/friends about the care needed hoping to give you the reassurance and solace you require.

What a beautiful day ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

How are you all doing..... Hope your all safe and well 💛

Busy times again here but all good 👍

From making breakfast, bathing , and even trying my hand at hairdressing 😂🙈!!! (Apparently Lockdown hair styles are the in thing at the minute !) ✂️

Dog walking, preparing lunch !!!
Not forgetting teatime skills ..... and a bit of shopping 🛍

There is no end to my talents !

I still love and enjoy every moment here at Clares Care and most importantly still finding time to fit in a cheeky cuppa and a good old chat 🫖

Wow another fantastic week here at Clares Care 💛

Lots of things going on from my usual home help duties to assisting a lady to do her essential shopping 🛍 We also had a cheeky visit to the garden centre where we could clearly see that spring is finally here with beautiful bright colours and aromatic smells welcoming us as we had a browse around the store🌹🌸🌼

I also settled a lovely person into there new home offering plenty of reassurance that they are safe and secure.
Moving house can be very stressful and emotionally draining!! So we watched a few old films whilst having a sing song & a laugh (oh and of course a cup of tea 🫖!! )

A busy week but again a lovely one.... Have a great weekend
