The Course -
The room will be a quiet, warm relaxing space with access to a private feeding chair if required. Everyone will receive a small pot of organic Coconut oil to use and take home. You will also receive a handout outlining the massage techniques to take home as a reminder. This will include techniques that can specifically help with :
Colic, Digestive Problems, Coughs/colds/congestions and generally unsettled infants.
4 week course - £40 (4 x 1hr)
Week 1 - Class introduction, introduction to massage, benefits, massage mediums pros and cons,
asking permission from the infant and positive and negative cues to look out for. Massage to hands and arms.
Week 2 - Recap on arms and hands. Massage to legs and feet.
Week 3 - Recap on week 1 and 2. Massage to chest and back.
Week 4 - recap on weeks 1, 2 and 3. Massage to abdomen and face.
6 Week course - £60 (6 x 1hr)
As the 4 week course plus :
Week 5 - advanced massage to arms and hands, legs and feet, and chest.
Week 6 - advanced massage to abdomen, back and face.
