So, I’d thought I’d post to say a little bit about myself if you don’t know me.
My name is Ella and I qualified as a massage therapist in 2014, and have worked as a mobile therapist and at Bath Spa and The Gainsborough Hotel Spa.
Prior to that I finished my dance degree and PT, Wellbeing qualifications. I wanted to more about the body and how it worked on the side.

I’ve worked both of the NHS and local government in health care and lifestyle promotion and weight management for several years.

I’ve learnt a lot through my own health and that of family and friends and even more studying.
So I know the ups and downs of health and lifestyle especially in these current times.

So when you book an appointment with me you will get a detailed pre and post appointment plan to take away with you, to help support your health and wellbeing for the long term.
