We all have a secret vision of who we are.

It comes with a feeling.

A sense of self.

When we begin to live our truth, our true self begins to shine.

So many of you know me as a reflexologist, an energy worker, offering soul guidance and healing, BUT there is another side.

I'm also a wife, a daughter, a lover of nature and adore all types of music, taking pleasure in finding art that inspires me to dance and share with my loved ones. Recently I have been enjoying classical and it accompanies me walking my puppy on the beach or in the woods.

In 2026 I am determined and commited to exploring this self further. I'm super excited for projects that will be both meaningful and heartfelt.

Little Lexi has had surgery and she's been very happy to allow me to try reflexology and energy healing to support her healing journey. ✨️

I've not actively posted for awhile as I've been studying Kinesiology all year, but reflexology is still very much a deep love and passion for me ❤️

A fresh website and relaunch is coming so new beginnings ahead. I'm still taking bookings though for sessions and I'm integrating energy/reiki and kinesiology in each treatment so offering a beautiful combination of healing modalities. 🙏
