As of the New Year a sports massage will be at a flat rate of £25 (most charge this for half an hour!).
Also if you refer a friend, you can get yourself £5 off your next treatment.

Sports massage can be just as beneficial half an hour before an activity as it can 48 hours post activity….prevent injuries before they happen!
