These associations aren’t regulators — but they do set codes of practice, provide training, guidance, and give families a complaints process if things go wrong.

So it makes you wonder… if you truly believed in your standards of care, why wouldn’t you want that accountability? 🤔

For us as independents, membership means raising standards, staying trained, and being open to scrutiny — because funeral care isn’t just a service, it’s about trust, integrity, and dignity. 💛🌿
