I am a fully accredited counsellor with over ten years experience working in private practice and organisations such as schools,Gp,Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre
I also work for companies such as Bristol PCT, Atos and other EAP providors. I offer couples therapy as well as working with individuals on issues such as anger,stress,abuse and trauma. I am an approachable person who believes passionately in what therapy can offer.

I love this as so often we compare ourselves to others and as the saying goes “comparison is the thief of joy”
In person centred terms it means changing our locus of evaluation from external (what do others feel and think and do) to internal (what do I think,feel and want to do)
We often know the answers if we listen to that voice within us.
