This is why our Managers and Care Coordinators were chosen, for their friendly and approachable ‘can do’ attitude, as well as their professionalism and experience in the field. They know all of their Clients’ personal preferences and keep their fingers on the pulse of any changes to their health. They work in partnership with the Client, their loved ones and any other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, all-round support. CareGivers also need support, and we make sure they benefit from regular confidential supervision sessions and thorough training, as well as 24/7 mobile phone access to an experienced member of the care team, so help and advice is only a phone call away. We care for our staff in the same way they care for our Clients, and we like to show our appreciation for their hard work and commitment to providing the highest standard of care. Children in Need do everything they can to make life lighter for children and young people - helping them to overcome the challenges that prevent them from thriving. 💛🧸🤸

We’re setting up ready for today’s Christmas fayre, the tombola is bursting at the scenes, the raffle is incredible, and I’ve already spotted half this years Christmas presents that I’m going to buy.
Come along and join us, any money raised by Amy Collins Ginny Easterbrook and Donna Pyett will be donated to Level Water as they are completing a sponsored 7km open water swim next year, a donation will also be made to Right at Home North Somerset & Somerset's charity partner, Dementia Adventure.
We’ll be open 10.30-2.30 with free activities for children and the bar is open for the grown ups!

🎄✨ Charity Christmas Fair – This Saturday! ✨🎄
We’re getting into the festive spirit and would love you to join us!
This Saturday, our very own Amy, Donna & Ginny are hosting a Charity Christmas Fair, packed with seasonal stalls, handmade gifts, tasty treats, and plenty of Christmas cheer.
🏊 We are so proud of Donna, Ginny & Amy who will all be swimming 7km next July to fundraise for an incredible charity that provides swimming lessons for children with disabilities. This is a big challenge for these ladies, as they haven’t done anything like this before, and they deserve all of our support as they each aim to raise £250.
So wrap up warm, bring your friends and family, and get into the Christmas mood while supporting a wonderful cause. ❤️

Nothing lifts the spirit like music!
Every Monday, Hollie and Amy host a friendly, informal sing-a-long at The Note Warehouse in Yatton (11am - 12pm).
For those who attend, 'Sing and Smile' offers more than singing. It brings connection. It offers friendship. It’s a reason to get out, meet others, and feel part of something joyful.
As we move into the colder months, we look forward to 'Sing and Smile' even more. Here’s to more music, more togetherness, and many more happy Mondays sharing the joy of music.

Grant is a family man, who lives in Congresbury, with his wife, two young boys, and a beagle. Grant has always wanted to start his own business, and wanted to do something that would allow him to help people, and give back to his local community.
When Grant started Right at Home in North Somerset, it was the realisation of a dream. Not only could he and his team help to fill a growing need for care and support in his community, he could offer training and employment for local residents.
Grant is fully involved with the business, meeting with clients and team members on a regular basis. Right at Home has already made a great impact in North Somerset, providing services to the local council, and private clients.
"Every client is really important to us, and we really try hard to tailor our service to the needs of the client. Every one of our clients has different needs, abilities, and aspirations".
