Happy Monday its the last week of the month of LOVE so I thought I would give you my top tips on Crystals for the heart this week!
Mondays Crystal is Rose Quartz.. The Healing Stone Of self Love
Rose Quartz due its gentle nature and soft pink colour is associated with the heart ❤
Often recommended and used in my practice to reawaken the Heart chakra up to Self Love and acceptance while disolving past hurts. Also associated with the higher heart this Crystal is just magic.
Keep some Rose Quartz in your home or work environment to increase harmony and love in the space ❤
I always have a Rose Quartz grid in my main living space to promote feelings of love and kindness towards each other as we all know sometimes its the ones we love the most that end up feeling the brunt of our emotions!
If you are local to me I totally recommend Rose & Amber in the town who will have an array of this beautiful Crystal for you to fall in love with!!
