What we eat is one of the biggest levers we have when it comes to driving or reducing inflammation.

Hello everyone who wants to change for good and feel better , have a good health, be happy and enjoy life no matter how old are you.
In last two ears I went through several changes, was studying and trying new things what I never thought would have such a positive impact on my health and well being.
Was not easy and I had to push myself many times, to overcome old habits , my thinking and make new choices . But you know what? It’s was really worth it.
I was laughing with my family saying “sometimes I feel like I am climbing icy mountain and keep slipping “.. but by catching myself sliding down I kept climbing up and up. And each time it was more and more easy to do it and continue my journey . I already knew the way, I learned from my mistakes and the main thing - I did not give up!
I am building community thinking if you are standing at the crossroad and not sure which way to go , being part of social community will help you to make a decision. We all can share our experience and support one another.
So please welcome ! Let’s make changes in our society and live much healthier and happier life.
