Our relaxed Wednesday meetings are a great place to learn and practice meditation and discover the essential teachings of Buddhism.
Sessions start with calm-abiding meditation, which will be explained for new-comers.
This will be followed by a short talk on various topics of the Buddha’s teachings.
Each session ends with time for reflection, questions and discussion.
Meetings are open to all : Beginners and Experienced
Fee £5 (Concessions £3)
