She says it all in the video, but I want to add this 🤍

When we started, Yas wasn’t eating enough through the day, low energy, feeling shaky, faint, and constantly running on empty while caring for two young children and balancing life.

We didn’t overhaul everything. We built structure, habits, and simple anchors that made her days feel easier and more supported.

Fast forward a year and she’s built her own aesthetics business, still trains regularly, and shows up for her family and herself with energy and confidence.

She told me she wouldn’t have had the capacity to do any of that without the tools she built inside the program.

(And when your son tells you he is proud because his friend tells him his mum is “Jacked ”… that’s just the bonus 💪✨)

Happy International Women’s Day 🫶

​They say it takes a village, but I think it takes an army. Building a business has been the wildest rollercoaster of my life....the highs are high, but the lows can be heavy. I wouldn’t be standing where I am today without the women who catch me every single time.

​To the women in my life: thank you for being my constant cheerleaders. Whether I've been prepping for a bikini show, hanging off a pole, coming up with another business idea or literally climbing a mountain, you guys are there shouting the loudest.

​And to the incredible women I work with: watching you get stronger in your bodies and even tougher in your minds is the greatest privilege of my life. You aren’t just 'clients' you’re a powerful community that inspires me to keep pushing.

​Thank you for being my strength when I’m tired and my celebration when I win. Love you all! 💪✨

I see so many people jumping from one wellness trend to the next, hoping this is the magic pill that finally sticks. But the "magic" isn't in a trend. It’s in the quiet, daily habits that build a body you actually enjoy living in.

Inside The Confident Glow Project, we don't do "all or nothing."
We do:
✨ Moving daily, even if it’s just a 20-minute walk in the sun to clear your head.
✨ Drinking enough water, 2L minimum to actually feel awake and vibrant.
✨ Eating real food, focusing on what makes you feel energized, not sluggish (and yes, we
keep the chocolate).

It’s not about being perfect; it’s about becoming that person who identifies as someone who
prioritizes themself every single day.
When you master these, the physical results become the byproduct of a much bigger
internal shift.

Thinking feels productive… until it isn’t
Less thinking. More doing.

Overthinking your health choices can feel responsible but most of the time, it just keeps you
frozen.

“What’s the best plan?”
“Should I start now or wait?”
“What if I mess it up?”

The truth is, action creates clarity, Not the other way around.
You don’t need to overhaul your life. You need one small decision you can follow through on
today. That’s how momentum builds and how confidence grows.
Stop waiting to feel ready.
Start where you are 🫶

It not a flex to be skipping meals, and actually it's going to make seeing any progress whether it be fat loss or strength/ muscle gain even more difficult.

I hear this loop sooooo often - skip a meal, then feel starving in the evening, overeat and then feel guilty and start the cycle again the next day!

Where as, when my clients come to me and shift too eating regular meals (even including snacks in their day), they see their energy improve and actaully start seeing the progress they have been working so hard.

It can be easy to miss how often we speak about our bodies like they’re the problem.
Not out loud but quietly to ourselves, in changing rooms, mirrors, photos, gym floors.
We comment on ourselves in ways we’d never comment on anyone else.
We attach worth to how small or acceptable we feel that day.

This isn’t about pretending you love your body, It’s about noticing when your inner voice crosses the line from honesty into harm because you wouldn’t speak about a friend’s body like this, You wouldn’t talk about their stomach, their legs, or what they “should” hide.

Awareness is the first shift and that shift changes how you move, train, eat, and exist in your
body.

So many people tell themselves they’ll start when they feel confident.
When their body changes, when they feel fitter, when they feel less exposed.

But confidence doesn’t appear before action, it comes from showing up when it feels awkward,and proving, slowly and repeatedly, that you can do it.

In health and fat loss, waiting to feel confident often means waiting forever. Not because
you’re incapable, but because you’re asking for confidence to show up before taking action.

The people you see moving confidently in the gym didn’t start that way. I have spoken about
this before but the first time I went into the weights section at the gym I was literally shaking.
It felt so scary and overwhelming….. But now? I strut in there with my head held high, I take
up space because I have just as much right to be there as anyone else! Confidence is built
one session, one habit, one uncomfortable step at a time.

You don’t need to feel confident to begin, but if you begin the confidence will follow!
