10 - Y E A R S - I N - P R A C T I S E

Well that 10 years has passed in a flash ⚡️

Back in 2011 I put my faith in a new journey. A journey that my heart pulled me towards and a deep intuitive guidance felt no doubt about! It didn’t feel like I was taking a leap of faith, it felt like my life’s path was being carved out in front of me. Not all decisions in life are or have been this easy to follow but this was. I was honouring what I felt was my life’s purpose, to some how, in some way help others on their own healing and health journey.

I finished my degree at the Northern College of Acupuncture in 2014 and set up practise in my home town of Wetherby straight after.

I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I ever made - it came from my heart, a place of deep inner knowing, I could not ignore it.

Traditional Chinese Medicine has a beautiful view of how our energy, emotions, spiritual, physical and mental health are all so intrinsically connected and how an in-balance in one can easily effect another. It’s been a part of my own healing journey over the years and I am truly grateful to have found it and be able to practise and help others with it.

To all of you who have ever attended my clinic - thank you for trusting me with your body, mind, heart and soul. I appreciate you more than you know. I am truly grateful to every one of you for trusting in me and what Traditional Chinese Medicine has to offer.
