It has been very busy here at Touch TM over the last few months. There are several changes that I need to make clients aware of:

Firstly after nearly 7 years I am moving on from JL Fitness in Bocking. I am sorry to see the gym closing but I wish Joe all the very best for his future plans, it's been a pleasure😊😊😊

Secondly I am now either working from home in Wethersfield or resuming mobile appointments. I am available Monday evening, Wednesday evening, Thursday morning, all day Friday and Saturday.

Thirdly I have joined the team over at Colchester Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic and would totally recommend Craig, Jane or Carl for your physiotherapy needs

Finally my prices have remained the same since 2016. Due increased inflationary pressures as from 3rd April hourly treatments will now be £35, 90 minute treatments £50 and 30 minute £25
