I talk to small business owners every day and the same challenges pop up again and again. Staff leaving, people not performing as well as they could, compliance worries, hiring taking too long or going wrong and the odd workplace dispute that no one wants to deal with.
None of this is unusual. And honestly, it’s all fixable with the right HR foundations in place. Clear contracts, straightforward processes and managers who feel confident handling day to day issues. It doesn’t need to be complicated.
