What is FLOW?
A fluid, continuous class that blends ballet barre with Pilates-based methods and techniques, with elements of yoga woven throughout. The focus is on controlled, intentional movement that builds strength while maintaining length through the body.
This style of training targets the deeper intrinsic muscles to improve stability, posture, and overall body awareness. Expect low-impact but highly effective exercises that activate and strengthen without adding bulk, helping to create a long, lean physique.

Mondays 7- 8 p.m
