Norfolk House in Weybridge, Surrey, is a purpose-designed care home providing personalised residential care, short-term respite care, expert nursing care and specialist dementia care for older people, including those with physical disabilities. The home offers communal areas and facilities where residents can relax, socialise and carry on pursuing hobbies or discover new interests, including a hairdressing salon, library, reminiscence room and landscaped garden with a beautiful pergola. Every resident’s room at Norfolk House is en-suite, tastefully decorated and includes comfortable furnishings. Residents are welcome to arrange their rooms however they wish, and can bring their own possessions to help them feel completely at home.

Eileen has always had a passion for gardening and was once a proud member of her local WI horticultural society. One place she wanted to visit was RHS Wisley Gardens — so we made it happen!

We spent a lovely day strolling through the beautiful autumn blooms, admiring the colours and scents of the season. After our walk, we enjoyed a warm cup of tea together and even picked up some seeds for our garden back at Norfolk House.

Eileen chose some of her favourite flowers to plant in spring which we can’t wait to see brighten up our garden next year.

Our friendly and experienced team is committed to providing the highest standards of care and treating every resident with dignity and compassion. We spend time getting to know your relative as an individual, so that we can tailor our care to their exact needs and support them to do the things they want to do each day.

Norfolk House has a great location close to the shops and amenities of Weybridge, and we make the most of our location with coffee or lunch outings, or shopping trips.

Residents’ rooms are light, spacious and tastefully decorated with stylish furniture. Each room includes en-suite facilities, phone and television connection points and a 24-hour nurse call system. We have double rooms available and some of our ground floor rooms have direct access onto our patio and garden.
