We had such a great morning holding a garden soundbath with a bit of pampering. The lovely offered mini facials with tropic skincare products, all natural ingredients. After many days of rain this week we were blessed to be met with beautiful sunshine and blue skies☀️ As the sun warmed the garden we gathered in a shared space connecting to the grounding presence of the earth and with the natural sounds of birds, rustling leaves and a gentle breeze harmonising with the gentle tones of crystal bowls, koshi chimes, Tibetan bowls and gongs 🪷🌷⚕️

Give yourself an hour to be still, relax and restore 😌📿⚕️

The next Soundbath at St.James Parish Weybridge is on Thursday 11th September at 6.30-7.30pm.

All you do is lie down with a pillow, yoga mat and blanket and immerse yourself in the sounds. There will be gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and koshi chimes.

Bookings to be made in advance. Any questions please get in touch. There are spare yoga mats available if needed.

We are excited to announce we are going to be holding a garden soundbath combined with some pampering including mini facials from the lovely with skincare advice. It will be held on Saturday 30th August in Weybridge from 10.30am-12.30pm. Please contact Natalia on 07566 777296 or www.nataliawatts.org to reserve a space. It will be weather dependent so in case the event can’t go ahead all monies will be refunded. It is £20 per person and we will need to limit the number of spaces to 15 🪷🌼⚕️🌷
