Anning House is a luxury care home with state-of-the-art facilities, set in a peaceful and highly desirable residential area of Weymouth. The home provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care, as well as short-term respite care. Residents' rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and all rooms are en-suite. The light and stylish lounges have views out to the coast, and there are excellent facilities, including a café, a hair and beauty salon, cinema, small library and a shop - all of which are available to family and friends. The home also benefits from having beautifully landscaped sensory gardens, which have been carefully designed for wheelchair users and are also home to our pet chickens.

It was a girls only kind of day today! ☀️ After Kay, Judy & Una dined at lunch together🥂, they grabbed their coats and out they went.

They showed each other their old homes and shared their old antics as they toured all around Weymouth 🤭

Though they are from different walks of life, somehow it seems like it’s a small world in Weymouth! All the better for making new friends though! It’s like they’ve known each other for years! 🥰

🐴🧧Happy Chinese New year everyone!🧧🐴However for Bex it’s the year of the Horse everyday!

Meet Bex & Spike on this issue of ‘Celebrate Sunday!’ 📇

Bex, a valued member of the care team at Anning, comes from an equestrian family and has been riding since she was 10 years old!

Naturally Bex has owned several ponies over the years and has competed in dressage competitions in the past, yet she now spends most of her spare time with Spike, a 24 year old toddler 😋

If you’re local, look out for these two as you’ll see them darting about the countryside via hardy’s monument, Moreton & Wey river which is local to their yard!

Aren’t they an absolutely stunning pair!
