A reminder of my cancellation policy for classes πŸ’•

Please note there will be no refunds for classes you are unable to make. You can carry over a class to the following week if I am notified of the cancellation a minimum of 48 hours before the class.

Improve your posture, increase your strength with emphasis on the pelvic floor and core strength, and gentle movement to ease aches and pains.

Please book in advance as places are limited (only 12 per class) Β£10 if booking a single session or Β£34 if booking a block of 4.

βœ… I am a physiotherapist and have completed specialist pregnancy and postnatal pilates training so you can be confident that you'll be exercising safely throughout your pregnancy

βœ… Learn how to correctly engage your pelvic floor and core muscles
- help prevent pelvic floor symptoms such as incontinence
- help prevent and ease pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain
- have the knowledge to help aid faster postnatal recovery
- core exercises done correctly can help manage and prevent worsening of diastasis recti

Feel more empowered and calmer going into labour

-learn positions to optimise baby's positioning
-learn positions to help make space in your pelvis to help your baby to navigate down and out!
- maintain strength in your legs to help you to stay active and upright in labour.
Staying active in labour improves the likelihood of having a shorter labour, and with less interventions.
