We are on the lookout for a new Night Care Assistant to join our wonderful team, located in the busy seaside town of Weymouth! 🌜

Our Care Home is a lovely place to work (even if we do say so ourselves!) with a friendly team, routine training, and plenty of development opportunities for all. If this sounds up your street, then keep reading!

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is suited to late night working shift patterns
• Shows a genuine interest in working within a caring environment
• Can communicate effectively at all levels
• Is a team player
• Shows a willingness to participate in Training Programmes
• Completes satisfactory POVA and DBS checks (where applicable)

Duties will include:
• Help with personal care and mealtime support
• Maintaining the dignity of residents at all times
• Assisting with laundry requirements
• Assisting and engaging with social activities
• And more!

It was great to see so many familiar and new faces and all of our residents had an amazing time. Thank you to everyone who took part in the day and our team for organising such a fun event!
