This is an odd request but my skeleton has gradually broken down! Well bits falling off any one know who could mend this. Tried the repair shop but that’s a no! Anyone who is good at DIY and wants to mend something different!!! May need to do some soldering please get in touch.

Happy New Year to all my Osteopathy patients and Pilates clients. Wishing you a very exciting 2025… hopefully we can have an opening party in the summer when the building will be finely renovated😁🥳. Renovations nearly done! Here are my lovely pilates clients in a class! They love the ring toners!!! Keep stretching daily everyone, these classes are designed to stretch and strengthen! This is my 39th year of Pilates!!! There was hardly anyone back then that did pilates a few studios open in London and I was one of the very first to be trained … Heather was trained by Gordon Thompson I was her first teacher trainer and I was also trained by Alan Herdman - classical pilates… I feel very privileged to see how far it has come and how many clients I have helped with back injuries over the years including teaching pilates in hospitals!

Great event - a big well done to all the runners that took part in the 110 km and 50 km race. Really enjoyed volunteering, as you get to help so many runners! Here is to the next adventure!

Fantastic atmosphere in Birmingham, enjoying volunteering in medical team as an osteopath surrounded by lovely people in the clinic. It’s amazing working with physios and Chiro’s, meeting dentists, nurses and doctors. Watched the rehearsal for the opening ceremony it’s amazing … got my first pin yesterday😊

COVID-19

Regarding the public health concerns surrounding Covid-19, more commonly known as Coronavirus I am writing to inform you of the actions the business is taking to ensure the health and wellbeing of osteopathic patients and pilates customers.

In line with the very latest government advice, the business is continuing to operate as usual, however we have introduced an enhanced cleanliness to reduce the risk of pathogens spreading.

As always patient and customer safety is our highest priority and we will be closely monitoring government advice and taking any necessary steps to support the control of the virus.

To this end, we do ask that you inform us prior to your visit if you have been to any of the affected locations listed in the UK Government website, or if you have had to self-isolate due to potential exposure to the virus, please disclose this at the earliest opportunity.
