As a foot health practitioner, one of the common conditions I encounter is verrucas, also known as plantar warts. These benign growths, caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful, particularly when located on weight-bearing areas of the foot.

🦶 Prevention Tips:
- Always wear flip-flops or water shoes in communal areas.
- Keep your feet clean and dry.
- Avoid sharing towels or shoes with others.
If you have any concerns regarding verrucas or other foot conditions, don’t hesitate to reach out for professional advice. Let's keep your feet happy and healthy!

Did you know that at Time4Feet I use an autoclave to sterilise all instruments — just like in medical or dental clinics — to ensure your safety!
Every morning, before seeing the first client, I sterilise all tools that were used the previous day.

Why?
Because at Time4Feet, I don’t just disinfect — I professionally sterilise every instrument to the highest hygiene standards.

Sterilisation is a long and detailed process, but it’s the one that truly guarantees your safety.

I hope every beauty salon uses an autoclave, so that when you’re getting your manicure or pedicure, you can feel completely safe and cared for. 💅👣

Have a great day 🌞

As currently I’m getting lots of enquiries asking if I’m treating fingernails 💅 too I thought I will create a post to answer this question and the answer is : YES I DO! ☺️

Whether you're dealing with post-nail trauma, bacterial infections, or onycholysis, I’m here to help. Fingernails and toenails share the same anatomy, which means issues affecting one can often be addressed with similar care and expertise.

🔍 **Common Conditions We Treat:**

- **Post-Nail Trauma:** Have you recently injured a nail? Let's work on healing it properly to avoid long-term damage. If you damage your toenail long time ago and it’s splitting and causing discomfort I can also create a treatment plan to make it looks and feels better.

- **Bacterial Infections:** If you're experiencing redness in your nail fold, or your fingernail became green especially after having gel polish on it’s essential to get it checked out and to start the treatment asap.

- **Onycholysis:** This condition, where the nail separates from the nail bed, can be concerning. We can discuss treatment options tailored to your needs.

Your nail health is vital for overall well-being, and I’m here to provide comprehensive care for both fingernails and toenails. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns!

Take care of those nails! 💖✨ And always make sure you are choosing salons that use an autoclave to sterilise their instruments! Do not hesitate to ask them how they are sterilising their equipment 🦠🧫
Autoclaving is a golden standard!

Comfort starts with the right care—let's keep those feet happy! If you have any questions or want to learn more about how regular treatments can help, feel free to reach out! 🦶✨
