At Weymouth Bay Reflexology, I specialise in helping women thrive through all stages of life—preparing for pregnancy, navigating the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, or simply looking to enhance your wellbeing.

Update:
Sadly not the news I was hoping for at fracture clinic. I now need an MRI to check my hand, so I am still in a restrictive splint.
This means I will not be opening the Studio for at least another week.
I will update asap, obviously I just have to wait for my hospital appointments. Thanks for your continued support.
A lot of my clients think so, when they can feel aches and pains, niggles and sore spots gently dissolve away.
However, you don't have to have anything 'wrong' to enjoy reflexology! It can be something you have as a treat or regular wellness support.
I specialise in reflexology for women's health, but also offer delicious blended reflexology experiences and holistic facial treatments to help you feel calm, relaxed and refreshed.
Book your free call today if you're not already on my client list.
I'm Rowena, your reflexology person. My job is to make you feel calm, relaxed and cared for, with reflexology and holistic facial massages in Weymouth, Dorset.
FACT: You don't have be ill to enjoy my treatments 🤗
You can see from the images that my studio is a peaceful place to be, and it's only missing one thing - YOU!
The studio will be closed until Dec 9th at the earliest.
At present, I am being treated for a possible broken bone in my hand, I don't know yet what this will mean in time for recovery.
I thank you all for your kind messages and your continued support, and hope to be back in my happy place again soon.

Temporary closure this week.
I fell over yesterday, and as a result have possibly broken my right hand.
As I am in a splint until I have a check again at the fracture clinic, I cannot work.
I'm absolutely devastated - both for my clients and myself. I don't know how long it will be before I have two hands working again.
I'll keep you updated - very slowly because of course, it's my dominant hand that is affected 😭

So many of my clients come to me at this time of the year feeling wrung out — tired in a way that sleep doesn’t quite fix, carrying tension they’ve been ignoring for months.
By November, it’s easy to feel as though you’re running on fumes and pushing through because that’s what you always do.
One of my favourite things about reflexology is showing someone, often within minutes, that it doesn’t have to feel this way.
Regular reflexology, especially in the darker winter months, can help to reset your nervous system, soften the “always on” feeling, and give you the sense of being held and supported, rather than having to keep holding everything yourself.
That’s exactly why I created the Sparkle & Soothe bundle — one treatment to ease you into the end of the year, and another to lift you gently in January when the darker days can feel longest.
If you’re ready to finish the year with more steadiness, and begin the next one with more support, this seasonal bundle is here for you.

“Wow!”
I hear this so often in my practice - clients walk in thinking they’re okay, and leave realising just how much stress their body had quietly been carrying.
And that’s exactly why I do what I do.
Your wellbeing is at the centre of every session, every technique, every moment you’re in my treatment room.
You’re never rushed. You’re never overlooked. You’re fully seen, heard, and supported.
So if you’re ready for that moment where the tension finally melts away — come and see me.
My current clients know they’re always welcome back… and if you’re new and feeling slightly strung out, this might be exactly what you need.
From now and throughout the winter months, my hours in the studio are changing as below:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
Thursday: 11am to 4pm
This helps me keep the studio warm and cosy when we need it most, while still giving you plenty of daytime appointment options. *Existing appointments are not affected by these changes.
I have updated my 'Plan your visit' page so you can always check there (it's on the main menu 😉) if you need a reminder.

Rowena has been a practitioner of reflexology as a healing touch therapy for more than five years. She opened Weymouth Bay Reflexology in 2016, and has added to her initial reflexology training with facial reflexology and a unique specialism in fertility and reproductive reflexology. She has helped hundreds of people manage chronic conditions such as migraine, fibromyalgia and stress-related symptoms. Her best success yet? In 2019, a fertility client gave birth to a much longed-for baby, after receiving just three months of fertility reflexology treatments earlier in the year.
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their clients to achieve better health and wellbeing. During these unusual times when it's easy to dwell on our contact with other people, it's good to know that reflexology is a mode of therapy where you are naturally socially distanced from your therapist, and only have to remove your socks! Of course, when reflexologists are allowed to open, their usual strict hygiene policies and protection for customers will be even more comprehensive.
"People tell me that their reflexology sessions have helped them to better manage serious health issues, have less stress and enjoy life more, which just makes my heart sing. These comments prove the science is right, reflexology is a powerful way to resolve many health issues, and it's a fantastic way for people to feel calmer, sleep better and feel less stressed," says Rowena.
Rowena switched to working with clients online until government advice allows close-contact therapists to resume hands-on treatment. She has limited availability for new clients, so to secure a spot to work with her, contact her at: www.weymouthbayreflexology.co.uk
