Practise gently focusing your attention during a guided meditation, which include immersing yourself in the soothing vibrations of a gong (and/or other musical instruments).
Our sessions are designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. No experience required, beginners are welcome.
But this isn't just any meditation session! These unique events weave sound, soundscapes and music within a guided meditative practice, perfect for those who are new or have previously struggled to meditate. Focusing on sound can offer us a softer, gentler entry route.
What to expect during a meditation class with us?
-Each session, we explore a variety of meditation techniques, so that you can begin to create a regular personalised practice at home, or wherever you need it.
-That might be visualisation, mindfulness, breathing meditations or something else.
-We take short breaks and chat in between the 3 or 4 practices, so there's time to breathe and relax over the course of the class.
-Sitting, lying down, standing, swaying or tapping - together we'll explore which posture is best for you.
-Afterwards you'll have access to some of our shorter guided meditation recordings so you can practice at home.
