I am very exciting to be hosting this Summer Reset retreat this coming Sunday. It's been about 9 months since I last did one and I love the energy and connection in the room. Somehow everyone coming together and giving themselves some self care and time out is so empowering. We all need it so that we can reset and be kind to ourselves and others.

It's going to be a great day!
