We were proud to support The Howe Trust Wheatley with the delivery of their Christmas hampers this year 🎄

Seeing our Home Manager embrace the festive spirit dressed as Santa and delivering much-needed food hampers, was a wonderful reminder of what this season is really about: kindness, community, and looking after one another.

These hampers will help support families and individuals during what can be a challenging time of year, and we’re grateful to play a small part in spreading a little Christmas cheer.

A huge thank you to Howes Trust for the incredible work they do in our community, it’s a privilege to support you.

Our Christmas staff outing took place last week. Although a few faces were missing, we enjoyed a lovely meal at OXY in Oxford.

It was a great opportunity to wind down, reflect on the year we’ve had, and look ahead to the year to come.

With lots of changes and exciting plans ahead for the Triangle next year, it felt especially meaningful to pause and recognise what we’ve achieved together.

A huge thank you to our staff for their hard work, dedication, and heart, we couldn’t do this without them.

💙 Launching Our Befriending Service 💙
Every Wednesday for 6 weeks, starting 31 December 2025

We’re delighted to announce the launch of our Befriending Service, supporting people aged 55+ who may be experiencing loneliness, isolation or who are simply looking to make new friends and enjoy new activities.

Each Wednesday, our service offers friendly one-to-one conversations with a befriender, opportunities to take part in community or group activities, and emotional support and reassurance, someone to talk to when it matters.

Whether you’re looking for companionship or would love to give back by becoming a befriender, we’d love to hear from you.

We would like to say a huge thank you to our local community, family members, friends, and everyone who has already donated prizes for our Christmas raffle. Your generosity and support truly mean so much to us.

All proceeds from the raffle will go directly into our residents’ fund, helping us plan a very special day out in the New Year, something our residents can look forward to and enjoy together.

✨ The raffle will be drawn on the 24th ✨

We are delighted to introduce our wonderful new Activity Coordinator, Nicky Taylor!

Nicky comes to us full of life, passion and fantastic ideas, and we’re so excited for the energy she’ll be bringing into our home. You’ll be seeing a lot more of us out in the community and hopefully a lot more of the community here at The Triangle too!

Many of you may already know the lovely Nicky, but if not, please join us in giving her a very warm welcome. We’re truly looking forward to working closely with her and seeing all the amazing things she has planned.

Today we had the sweetest moment as one of our lovely residents, Aubrey, stepped in as Santa’s little helper and took charge of decorating our Christmas tree! With careful hands and a big smile, he picked the perfect baubles and proudly hung them on the branches. The tree looks beautiful!

Moments like these remind us how magical the season can be. 🎄

A moment to appreciate the incredible spread prepared by our chef for yesterday’s Memory Lane event!

At The Triangle, we never do things by halves, and yesterday was no exception.

Our chef went above and beyond to cater for our residents and the community, and we can’t thank him enough for his time, effort, and dedication
