Our 1st quarter of 2026 is complete & spring has finally sprung in our Clinic & Whitburn 🌸🌼🌻🌺🪻🌷 We love the gorgeous village displays, by the dedicated volunteers of The Whitburn positive community group ✨️

The clinic floor has also had a smart spring refresh with the range by Whitburn Coastal Flooring 👌

In March, Rebecca updated her skills & attended a full day's mandatory training by The Health & Safety Group. Also, a half day update on Microsuction, Irrigation & and instrumentation by The Rotherham Ear Care Team 👂📚

Special thanks to everyone who has visited in this very busy period & for all your lovely feedback on our service, it means the world 🌎

Little reminder we have the lovely Janice Nunn Bowen Therapy providing treatment in our upstairs clinic room 💜

Are you suffering with vertigo and dizziness which is affecting your daily routine ?
Do you have issues with an aching or clicking jaw, especially after having multiple dentistry procedures ?
Have you been feeling 'out of sorts', lacking motivation and have an unsettled sleep pattern ?
Bowen technique can help with these and many other problems. A treatment can affect the body in ways which promote healing, pain relief and recovery of energy.
The Technique addresses the entire body by restoring balance, this can reactivate the recovery process in situations where healing from trauma, sickness or surgery has stalled or reached a stage where no more improvements have taken place.
This treatment is equally therapeutic if you feel the need of a full body balance or to help with relaxation and stress related issues.

The initial consultation and first treatment, lasting 1½ hours, is £45
Subsequent treatments lasting approx an hour are £35.

✨ We’re also delighted to share some exciting news…
As of 6th November, we officially own our premises! We can’t wait to develop new ideas and continue improving our service for the future.

Three years in business is a huge milestone for any start-up. It has taken dedication, hard work and personal sacrifice — but the last three years have also brought immense job satisfaction. We genuinely love what we do and feel privileged to provide Ear Care to our local community every day.
