We’ll start with a Guided Meditation to Connect Body & Breath, also an opporunty to set your intentions for this Session.

Move into a Uplifting, Compassion led Groove with Karen.

Then we will slow down, rest & restore through a Healing Soundbath with Sandra.

There will be space & time for you too gently come back, ground back into your body with some Heart Opening Cacao ☕️

**Please wear loose fitting, comfy clothes, shoes are off and door and on Yoga Mats, please wear appropriate socks. Yoga mats, blankets, cushions etc are available in the studio, but of course you are most welcome to bring your own.
