I wanted to share a special event with you all that is coming up in March 🌟

On March 21st (9:30am–4:30pm), Naomi (Breath Beats UK) and I are hosting our Equinox Enrichment Day – a day of Breath, Sound, Yoga and more.

We’ve created this day for anyone who’s been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply needing some time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves as we move into Spring.

Naomi and I have been working together for a while now, and we’ve seen again and again how powerful the combination of breathwork and sound healing can be. The shifts, the release, the calm — it’s been really special to witness.

This has inspired us to create this full-day experience — a gentle reset which brings together breath, sound, and other supportive elements, so you can truly rest, reflect, and realign.

It’s a gentle, nourishing day with:
