Don’t miss my next Drumming and/or Soundbath afternoon on Sat 11th April at Sleights Village Hall. 1:30-3:30pm/2:30-3:30pm.
Relax, release, rebalance and reset mind, body and spirit through drum & sound. We begin with heart-opening Cacao (optional), setting intentions for the month ahead and settling into our individual mind space.
We then find our own rhythm and movement through using drums and shakers. Releasing stuck, unwanted energies. No experience necessary.
The afternoon ends with a full sound bath. Lying on a mat, or sitting in a chair if this is more suitable, head on a pillow, wrapped in warm blankets and being blissfully bathed in the beautiful sounds, frequencies and vibrations of gongs, drums, singing bowls and percussion.
A truly magical afternoon of energising, releasing and resetting of mind, body and spirit.
£25 investment in yourself,
There is the option of attending the soundbath only, 2:30-3:30pm, £15pp

A beautiful evening of sound was had on Monday at Ley Hall, Lealholm.
Thank you to everyone who attended.
The sunset glow coming through the windows as I was setting up, filling the room with its warmth and light, was stunning. 🌅
This setting the tone for the relaxing soundbath to follow.
It’s wonderful to see the stress and troubles evaporating as the sounds flow through the room.
Lots of smiling faces afterwards. 😊
