Something exciting, coming soon!!

As most of you know we have opened a gym up on Stainsacre Lane Industrial Estate🎉
We are aiming to have the sports therapy clinic up and running from the gym by the start of April✨️✨️

This will mean all massage, assessments and rehab appointments will be up at the gym🤗

Keep your eyes peeled, and we will keep you all up to date as things progress🙌

As a lot of you already know. In November I am opening a new gym in Whitby🎉

This will sadly alter my working hours, however I will still be offering the same amount of weekly spaces, just at different times to work around our lovely staff🙌

I hope you can all understand this change in working hours and hope to still see all your lovely faces😁

New hours will be starting from November 17th 2025🗓

It's been a huge few weeks here at MFSportsTherapy!!
Watching patients work hard and succeed is possibly one of the best parts of my job!!

Celebrating my patients amazing achievements👏👏
We've had patients fighting for GB, swimming the great north swim, completing a half ironman, cycling the coast to coast, running the Cleveland way relay, completing the lyke wake walk, and patients running their first 5k.

It really has been a crazy but super exciting June!
So proud of everyone and I feel honoured to be the sports therapist you choose to be part of your journey🫶

Having a slow day really makes you look back and see just how far you have come🫶

After college I had no idea where I wanted to go in life, I went to a uni interview for a course I was not interested in, but luckily I was not accepted and took a different path in life🙌

Forever grateful for my little business and the people who support me each day 🫶
