A SoundSpa experience you must not miss!
“Her & Her” holistic musicians Cydnei Baines & Catherine Shrubshall) are excited to be visiting the North East again from their Essex homes. You are invited to join them at a “SoundSpa” near Whitby (a live music journey of relaxation - with gongs, bass clarinet, voices, drums, singing bowls & much more)
..receive, reconnect & align with sound vibrations
SATURDAY 30th AUGUST - 4pm to 5pm at Briggswath and Sleights Methodist Church Hall, The Carrs, Sleights YO21 1RS
OR
SUNDAY 31st AUGUST - 6pm to 7pm at Ley Hall, Lealholm YO21 2AG
DONATION: £10 - £15 at the session (cash/credit card payments welcome on the day, or BACS details can be provided if a preferred method)
PARKING: both venues have parking: Lealholm has free street parking and Briggswath has a car park in front of the church.
WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat (if you don’t have one let us know when booking and we can provide) or a reclining garden chair, water to sip...plus a cushion, blanket & anything else that will bring you comfort to relax fully (chairs available at the venues if you prefer to sit)
