Autumn Northern Herbalist Meet Workshop!

Dylan, our Director of Herbal Medicine and Medical Herbalist, decided that since it was the Autumn edition of the Northern Herbalist Meet that she would run a fire cider workshop! To help battle those autumn and winter flus!

It was a lot of fun and a great way to get everyone chatting and sharing their favourite herbs and recipes!

Even some of our members of the HA team got involved and crafted their own fire cider creations!

We hope everyone enjoyed it and thank you to all who took part in the workshop 🌿🌿
