August / September gentle update from me to you..
Moving into late Summer.. the earth element season in Chinese medicine. This time invites us to ground, nourish, and come back to centre.. supporting the spleen and digestive system, both physically and energetically.
That will be our guiding focus throughout August and as we return later in September.
