Your body is amazing! During pregnancy, your breasts transform to prepare for feeding your baby.

Here's what to expect:

๐Ÿ’— Tenderness or heightened sensitivity
๐Ÿ’— Growth spurt (hello, new bra size!)
๐Ÿ’— Changes in colour of the ni***es and ar**la
๐Ÿ’— Montgomery glands become more visible (those tiny little raised bumps)
๐Ÿ’— By week 16, your breasts might start producing colostrum, a nutrient-packed fluid for your baby ๐Ÿ’›

As your due date approaches, the changes continue, and your breasts might feel heavy or sore. A well-fitting bra can make a world of differenceโ€”wear one day and night if it helps!

๐Ÿค Being breast aware during and after pregnancy is so important. Take time to get familiar with how your breasts look and feel. Knowing whatโ€™s normal for you helps you notice any unusual changes with confidence. If you feel pain, discomfort, or notice anything that doesnโ€™t feel right, donโ€™t hesitate to speak to your GP or midwifeโ€”theyโ€™re there to help.

Stay cozy this season with a warm, spiced beverage that's perfect for you and baby! ๐Ÿ’› Here's a delicious non-alcoholic mulled wine recipe to enjoy all the festive feels without any worries.

โœจ Ingredients:
๐ŸŠ Choose Your Base:

2 cups pomegranate juice
2 cups cranberry juice
OR
750ml bottle of non-alcoholic Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon

๐Ÿ‚ Remaining Ingredients:

2 cups water (omit if using non alcoholic wine)
8 cloves
6 blackberries (optional)
1 cinnamon stick
3 star anise
1 orange, sliced
Brown sugar (to taste)

๐Ÿ“ Directions:
1๏ธโƒฃ Add all ingredients to a large saucepan and bring to a low boil over medium-high heat.
2๏ธโƒฃ Reduce heat to low and steam for 20โ€“30 minutes (or up to an hour for deeper flavor).
3๏ธโƒฃ Strain or remove orange slices and spices.
4๏ธโƒฃ Pour into a cozy mug, garnish with a slice of orange or cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
