FERRULES...

A ferrule is fitted to the end of a walking stick or frame to offer grip and stability. Over time they can become worn and less effective so need replacing.

Measure the diameter of the stick without a ferrule on. A 22mm diameter stick will require a 22mm ferrule.

This is a particularly poignant post for me today as I had some very sad news about one of my clients. Remember that the NHS is still open for ALL medical emergencies. If you or a family member need urgent medical care call 999. If you are not sure if it's 'urgent enough' then call 111.
Please make sure that your family, friends and neighbours know this and do not become too frightened to pick up the phone and seek help.
